Tracie Morris has worked in HR leadership roles for more than 20 years and has been active in the Chicago-area community. Chicago United included Morris in its 2021 Business Leaders of Color, where she defined success “more by what we do for others than what we do for ourselves.” She oversees strategic and operational governance for all aspects of HR at BMO Financial Group, including a strong focus on diversity and inclusion. Morris is a graduate of two ACI-member institutions, earning a bachelor’s degree in organizational communication from North Central College and a master’s degree in management and organizational behavior from Benedictine University.

Rob Johnson Communications
Rob Johnson is an Emmy-winning, former news anchor who spent more than 20 years on the airwaves of Chicago, first at ABC then at CBS. Nearly three years ago, Rob left the TV business and began his own consulting firm, Rob Johnson Communications, helping clients’ internal and external communications, image building, presentation training, company-wide event production and video content creation. He also is co-host of the podcast “Can You Hear Me” which tackles communications issues companies face every day. Rob has served on the ACI Board of Trustees since October of 2020. A graduate of DePauw University, Greencastle, Indiana, he is a firm believer in the value of a liberal arts education.
