As the 2026 academic year comes to an end, ACI pauses to honor Trinity Christian College (TCC), a valued member institution whose journey and whose campus are closing. This moment marks not simply the conclusion of a longtime membership affiliation but the closing chapter of a college whose legacy has been shaped by faith, service, academic dedication, and a deeply connected community.
Throughout its time as an ACI member school, TCC exemplified thoughtful engagement and collaboration. Even amid extraordinary challenges, its participation reflected a clear commitment to students and to the responsibilities inherent in higher education. Staff conversations were always grounded in care, transparency, and a shared understanding that institutions are ultimately about the people they serve.
Their sense of community has been expressed most powerfully by students themselves. As the announcement of the college’s closure was shared late last year, students spoke openly about the loss of a place that felt like home. Trinity’s impact is reflected not only in the lives it touched but also in its measurable achievements. Even in excellence, challenges are found.
“We extend our deepest respect and heartfelt thanks to President Jeanine Mozie, the faculty, staff, and many leaders who served this institution and contributed so meaningfully to the ACI community over the years. The school’s legacy will carry forward in the hearts of every alumnus; we acknowledge not only what has concluded, but also what has been bestowed,” reflected ACI President April Arnold.
